Spinal Flow - Pregnancy and Babies
Written By Fiona Hooi
Attention all special mums and dads
If you have tried and experienced Spinal Flow you would already know how remarkably clever the innate intelligence of our bodies truly is.
Our body automatically wants to eradicate toxins, allergies, colds. In the same way our body likes to come into balance and release trauma.
Spinal Flow works to enhance your own innate intelligence.
Our body is extraordinary and while we talk extraordinary there is NOTHING more miraculous than during procreation.
Not only on a chemical, physical and emotional level but the entire neurological, mechanical, psychological and most definitely spiritual level that shapes us.
Spinal flow and pregnancy is so beneficial.
Here at the clinic myself , Fiona Hooi, is available for Spinal Flow Monday, Friday and Saturday. I will access points of need that contact the dura mater and meninges, that in turn eases your central nervous system and up the spine, and sends messages up to the brain.
From the brain the neurotransmitters ignite and speak to muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia the lymphatics to flush toxins and trauma deep within the heart and memories that have been stored. Trauma thru out our lives can be sadly held in our spine and body. These are all areas Spinal Flow can benefit.
SO WHERE DOES IT ALL START.
The root cause is our fears that shape our mindsets and limited belief systems.
Is it during childhood or is it before we are even born?
Researchers within the field of somatic developmental psychology, have found that the interruption or disruption of human development affects our mind, body and emotions.
The reason why our ego becomes so incredibly powerful is because during our life our body finds ways to shield against stressful experiences, but as a foetus there is no ego protective mechanism in place yet.
Here is where things get interesting.
Your baby is in warm tempered water within the placenta, happy, fed, safe and thriving.
Yes this is truth...
However, within the stages of development, the baby is highly susceptible to the mother's emotional state, due to the biochemical exchanges through the placenta and stress hormones such as cortisol.
This is where the baby develops its very own protective mechanism.
When stress occurs baby will start to withdraw, little parts of the foetus' body start to contract the ligaments and fascia of the spinal joints within the central nervous system.
This is where the very first Imprint or deposit of trauma has been installed, recorded in the spine within utero.
As the foetus grows and is born, and journeys through life from a child to an adult that primary traumatic response will be adapted due to any future discomforts and stresses.
Our individual "Core wounds" start to form and hence the ego is born and it adapts to the world and all our experiences.
In some cases - it is safe to say and highly likely that the traumas of rejection (shame), feelings of abandonment (sadness), fear and guilt do not originate from our childhood,
But could also be passed down from great grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers to our children...
Is there something we can do about this?
There are many ways out there to help a person who is aware to release trauma.
SPINAL FLOW is one of the ways to help. Immersing yourself in a series of treatments to release the intergenerational trauma is a wonderful step toward not only self love, but also it's also a courageous step in healing yourself and your growing baby.
