Coconut Carrot Balls
Ingredients
- 70g raw pecans
- 60g raw walnuts
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 75g pitted dates
- 1 carrot cut into pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- more coconut for coating to use chia seeds to coat.

Directions
1. Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender then roll up the ingredients into little balls with clean hands and coat them in either coconut or chia seed.
2. Place coconut carrot balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. So Yummy
