Brussel Sprout Dish
Ingredients
- 4 cups of brussel sprouts- cut in halves.
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 4 spring onions - greens if need fructose level low. Cut up with scissors.
- 2 - tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil
- 1/2 red capsicum cut into a small squares
- A pinch of black pepper

Directions
1. Warm oil in the fry pan. For less oil do on green baking paper.
2. Cook the turkey first and then cut into small pieces and put aside.
3. Without washing the frypan put the brussel sprouts, turkey, spring onions and capsicum in and stir over the heat. At this point I put the lid on the frypan to let the dish steam to bring out the beautiful green in the brussel sprouts and help the dish cook thru. Take the lid off and add the turkey to the dish and continue to stir thru til cooked.
4. Serve as a companion dish. Add pepper to serve.
