Buckwheat Breakfast - Vegan, Dairy Free, Fructose low and Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Whole Buckwheat Kernals
- 2 cups of Filtered Water
- pinch of Salt
- 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 teaspoon of Cardomon Seeds
- 1 Vanilla Stick
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- fresh fruit of your choice.

Directions
Rinse the buckwheat in hot water. Add buckwheat and all other ingredients except for the fruit and walnuts. to the water and boil it on low heat for 20minutes. Stirring at times. You know it will be ready when the water has disappeared a bit like rice. Remove the cinnamon sticks and vanilla stick. Serve with almond milk and the fresh fruit and walnuts on top. Enjoy
