Celery Juice
I feel fantastic on the days I have celery juice for a meal replacement for breakfast. This is not right for everyone as quite cooling. It can be better to do this in the Summer more than in the middle of Winter.
There are three ways of having celery in the morning.
1. Celery sticks simply wash and eat.
2. Celery - 2-4 shorter celery pieces in filtered water - I put them in a NutriBullet and mix them up. Once I have done this I strain it through a sieve and drink the celery juice it makes. This is quick and easier to clean for the little shot of celery juice i make.
3. You can juice it with a juicer.
