Gluten Free Buckwheat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Buckwheat flour
- 1 cup of Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups of Rice Milk
- Macadamia Oil to cook
- half teaspoon of Cinnamon
- half teapoon of organic Vanilla Essence or half a Vanilla Pod
- 4 tablespoons of Raspberries and Blue Berries
- serve with Maple Syrup and Natural Yogurt
Directions
Blend the flour, egg, rice milk, cinnamon, vanilla essence together. Heat up oil in a fry pan on medium heat. Pour the pancake mixture in to the pain. Once little bubbles appear on the pancakes turn them over carefully. In a saucepan heat up the berries with a 1/3 cap of water til warm. Serve the pancakes with berries on top and a drizzle of maple syrup and a dessertspoon of natural yogurt.
