Ingredients

1. Buckwheat flakes
2. Chia Seeds
3. Millet Puffs
4. Rice Flakes
5. Amaranth

 

Directions

To make this up for the family i put a packet of each and mix it together and i serve it with APC meal ( see above ) and fresh organic fruit and natural yogurt.
