Lu Lu's Green Smoothie
This is the smoothy recipe you can have everyday as a meal replacement for a real sense of vitality, enzymes and a hit of vitamins. Try doing this five days a week for a month and see how good you can feel.
INGREDIENTS:
Three or four kale leaves, stem removed, torn
1/2 continental cucumber (lebanese cucumber has fructose)
1/4 to 1/2 avocado (not necessary but helps make the smoothie more filling)
Handful fresh parsley
2cm cube of fresh ginger
Half (or one whole) lime (flesh and juice, no peel)
4 – 5 stems of mint (leaves)
Cup of coconut water (or plain water)
Tablespoon of chia (any type)
Handful of ice cubes
