Ingredients and directions:
Traditionally Made Matcha -1 teaspoon of organic matcha to 100mls of hot water or up to 350mls water if prefer a tea version. Put 1 teaspoon of green tea in a stainless steel container with the hot water and place the lid on and shake it really well and then put in serving cup to drink. If needing it cool put in fridge to cool. I like people to drink warm or room temperature if possible.
Popular alternatives - 1 teaspoon of Matcha mixed into 100mls hot milk like Almond and or rice milk and if needed add a liitle maple syrup if desired. Or even do half water half milk.
