Rice Milk
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of rice
- 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup ( optional)
- 1100mls of filtered water
- Love.
Directions:
In the Thermo mix I grind up rice for 10 seconds on speed 10. Add 500mls of water 18 minutes , 90 degrees, speed 3. Then I add the maple syrup and 600mls of water and do 4 minutes, speed 10. It will still be hot from previous process. I let it cool to room temperature and then pour it thru a fine sieve before refrigerating.
