Seaweed Omelette - Dairy Free, Ketogenic, Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 3 free range eggs
- 5 strips of seaweed paper
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Love
Directions
Heat the pan with added olive oil. Beat three eggs and pour into pan. Place the five slices of seaweed on top of the egg mix. Put a sprinkle of pepper. Cook through omelette and then in the pan fold in half to prepare to serve on the plate. Sprinkle with himylian salt if needed. A simple and great breakfast
