Spicy Nuts
This is a great snack and a treat in our family, especially around Christmas, social events and birthdays. The warning is that it is consumed very fast and is really popular. The only thing I would say is the healthiest way to eat nuts is raw, unsalted and organic. Nuts in fact are best kept in the fridge especially in summer as the oils in them once heated can become rancid so heating your nuts like this with the spices, even through healthier than some party food, need to still be respectfully kept as a treat.
